Neeta Boddapati

Program Officer

As a Program Officer, Neeta is focused on seeding new platforms for collaboration between the non-profit, public and private sectors to significantly improve the lives of Illinois citizens.  She works across all of the foundation’s interest areas.

Neeta draws upon her experiences building the capacity of both individual organizations and cross-sector teams to scale their impact and innovate.  Before joining Grand Victoria Foundation, she worked at the Charter School Growth Fund, where she supported charter school leadership teams in building organizational capacity to successfully replicate promising school models. Prior to that, she worked at the Recovery School District in New Orleans, where she led efforts to improve services for at risk students in a fragmented school system through collaborative system-wide efforts. 

Neeta holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin –Madison and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is an alum of the Broad Residency in Urban Education and Education Pioneers.
