Mary Kay Francel

Director of Operations

Mary Kay oversees the financial and administrative operations of the Foundation; she is the point person for ensuring that the Foundation operates efficiently and effectively, with proper internal controls. She came to the Foundation from the corporate sector, where she was assistant vice president for a premium finance company. Mary Kay holds a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University and a Master Certificate in Accountancy from Keller Graduate School of Business. She enjoys the different seasons—football, basketball, baseball, and hockey—that Chicago offers.
